Shipping Policy

Olectrical offers Free Standard Shipping on all Orders Above £50. 
Orders placed before 2PM will be dispatched on the same business day.
Orders placed after 2PM will be dispatched the next working day.
Orders placed on Friday and weekends will be dispatched on Monday or the next working day.
All orders are shipped within UK only via DHL, FedEx or DPD.  We aim to deliver within 2 working days.
We are a UK based company and as of now we do not ship any product outside the UK (No International Shipping)

*Delivery within 2 business days is only available for Zone A and Zone B postcodes.  For any orders from Zone C and Zone D postcodes, our customer services team will contact you to confirm the delivery costs applicable.

Please note: While we want to make sure that your item gets to you as soon as possible, sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances with our delivery partners, the deliveries can take upto 3 business days. Any delay in delivery occurring during transit is outside our control but rest assured, we will endeavour to assist you throughout the process.  If you do not receive your ordered items within 2 business days, please contact our customer services team at info@olectrical.co.uk.
